Lets start with the positive. They seem to agree with you about the 12 months as they are writing off everything older than 12 months on the 10th of March.

First and last bill seem to be identical, and one of the bills is a summary of the other three. So on that day you owed the £1232.87.

Do I understand correctly that you have not paid anything for your energy for the last three years and did not realise this? Did it not ring a bell when they told you the account is in somebody else name that you are not paying?  In this case you are well off with 1232.87 for 3 years,  that is less than £40 per month.

Is the bill now in your name?

You do realise that your supply address is showing at the top of each page ?
You might want to redact that information along with the meter reference numbers.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

It raises an interesting ethical debate, whether it is okay to notice you are not being billed and ignore it.

I tend to agree with this, that's a good deal. Unless you have your own independently time-stamped photographs of your meters, I don't think you will get very far challenging the readings.
