Horizon incorrect PCN

Hi,
I received an incorrect PCN from Horizon Parking that states a vehicle was left in a Tesco car park overnight. It wasn't - it was used for one visit on the evening and another in the morning but somehow their cameras have ignored this and have put the initial entry and last exit together to form an "exceeded maximum stay period" charge. It's literally nonsense.
I have taken the NEWBIEs advise and am approaching Tesco with multiple complaints from different routes to try and get this resolved.
Beyond this, as the registered keeper, is it worth trying to explain this? Or simply submit the blue text template?
Thank you.

I wouldn't use the template for a 'double dip' case but do appeal as keeper, talking about the driver(s) in the third person.
State the approx times the car returned (without saying "I") and demand Horizon carry out the human checks for the orphan images that the BPA requires that they should have done before racing to buy your data from the DVLA with no 'reasonable cause'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So it should be!
A double dip caused by them not bothering to check their images in between, is a data breach by them. They should never have had your DVLA data.
I'd complain to the DVLA saying that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
