I think you should state that no signs were seen, so it is the Defendant's case that the terms and consumer notices (if there were any) were not prominent, and this breaches primary law, namely the mandatory test of fairness and clarity as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
