EuroCar Parks NTK Received, Keeper not the driver, grounds to appeal?

Hi all
Received the following as RK but was not the driver. The driver didn't even leave the car and simply went to drop something off from their car with the car not even parked and left but I guess just the entering onto the premises is what they are claiming here.
As the RK was not the driver, could someone confirm the relevant thread to find a suitable template to use please?

The keeper should send the blue text template appeal easily found in the opening post of the NEWBIES thread.
They are claiming that your car was there for over twenty minutes.
If it was 'not even parked', what was it doing?3 -
Received the following as RK but was not the driver.Irrelevant - because that's a POFA NTK. Liability can be transferred to the keeper.
What happened when you tried PLAN A first (see NEWBIES Announcement thread)?
If PLAN A doesn't work, then get photos of signage urgently, ready for POPLA stage. In fact, concentrate on proving a LACK of prominent signs and that the parking charge of £100 was in the smallest font, hopefully. See the POPLA Decisions Announcement thread for recent decisions against ECP for dodgy signs.
You will get what to put at POPLA stage, when you read other threads like those winning cases.

Thank you for that, will look for the blue text template and send it today.KeithP said:The keeper should send the blue text template appeal easily found in the opening post of the NEWBIES thread.

The car was at the back of the CP, engine running waiting for someone, driver still present but I guess that could be deemed as parked regardless0 -
Thank you for that, will look for the blue text template and send it today. But that isn't the right way round and goes against the clear routes and Plan A in the NEWBIES FAQS thread.
When waiting or picking up a passenger, use the street not a car park, because they all have cameras these days.
Double or single yellows on street are fine to stop to pick up or set down a passenger - it's exempt activity and you can't get ticketed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes thank you and understood, makes sense to do this. Literally didn't realise the introduction of the cameras in this pub car park, there is no parking at the front either due to current roadworks going on.Coupon-mad said:Thank you for that, will look for the blue text template and send it today. But that isn't the right way round and goes against the clear routes and Plan A in the NEWBIES FAQS thread.

Are you saying that putting a complaint to the pub manager/ green king would not be worthwhile now based on the above?0 -
I said the opposite. Plan A is first.

I have messaged the relevant managers email relating to the pub in question but have not received a response, how long should I typically wait before considering next course of action?0
