Broadband Order from Plusnet -no reward card despite I've recently had comparison site say there is

I've recently had installed a broadband service with Plusnet. According to your MoneySavingExpert website, I was due a reward card from Plusnet. I've contacted Plusnet who after looking into it say I'm not entitled to it, the information on your the MoneySavingExpert comparison site is wrong - there were no reward cards available when my order was placed (30th March) - and this is the case even for new orders today (despite what your website says - was checked out by Plusnet). They say you are responsible for this misleading information (apparently) on the MoneySavingExpert website. Plusnet refuse to do anything about this. Is that it then - I tried raising this with MoneySavingExpert directly (at the very least so you could correct the information) but I've had an email from you saying you don't accept complaints anymore because of the number of your users - really, even when trying to be helpful?

Just a note that this has been picked up by someone at Money Saving Expert who is raising the issue of a reward card not being issued from Plusnet. I await the outcome. Thanks, in the meanwhile.0

Has this been resolved? The comparison site is still showing a £75 reward card linked to plusnet unlimited broadband (which you have to claim after receiving an email).0

This is why I NEVER take up such deals, time and time again we see posts such as yours saying you did not get the reward.
I prefer an account credit and within a month, otherwise they can foxtrot oscar.
I see these type of complaints even when people have screenshots and videos, something I would always take.
The issue hassle and stress is far more than the fake promised discount that MSE/Plusnet offered you in the first place.
Head over to Trustpilot and share your experience for both MSE and Plusnet, then offer to remove it if they fix the problem.
Maybe you should use the RESOLVER service to raise a dispute with MSE or Plusnet or both.
Personally, for the small cost I would take them BOTH to the small claims Court, use the Moneyclaim online service after you have sent each a 14 day letter before action.
Let the Judge sort it out, it will cost them a lot more than it does you and they can't claim their legal costs in the small claims court.0
