Chase account.. is it a savings account or bank account

I just logged in without a problem and saw my account 'summary'. Then it said it couldn't gather my details. Then it said sorry, we're having some problems. So at that point I logged out and ran away. Clearly all is not well at the moment. I'll not be going back until the morning. Good luck.

It's not just you. I cannot log in on my iPad at the moment.

First it said I needed a password rather than fingerprint but that did not work with "Unauthorised" followed  503 Service Unavailable and a load of gobbledegook.

And ironically I just now have the dulcet tones of David Tennant on the TV telling me all about Chase!

I tried to login 2 hours ago with my passcode number since it would not allow Face ID . It said wrong passcode number, so after a few attempts I had to go through the forgot passcode routine. Picture of ID send selfie etc
it said reviewing details they would get back within 15 minutes, still waiting.
