    When you were following the defence template thread whilst writing your defence, did you see the 12-point check list or the kink in the NEWBIE "Know What Happens and When"?  Both give good guidance about how to deal with the DQ.

    Hi I have received the hearing date for February next year but must submit witness statement by November 7th which I'm preparing.
    I have received claiments ws already
    Does it need to be posted or can be sent by email?

    Email is fine but (obviously not to the CCBC at Northampton, which was only an initial admin processing doorway, not a court).

    The NEWBIES thread tells you all about WS stage plus it shows some typical evidence tips.

    Just DON'T use the WS example there (RobertCox's case) as it is superseded in 2022 by better ones with more relevant exhibits: e.g. the one by @aphex007
