Party wall agreement single extension

Hi guys after moving into our new home for a year we're looking to build a pretty standard 3m extension and have been granted permission for it.
Now my neighbour has asked for a party wall agreement which is fine and I'm just trying to figure out the best way for that.
The surveyor I used when I bought the house suggested we come to an agreement ourselves as is a simple extension and will save us money, but he is now off on holiday so hard to get hold of
Will anyone have a standard letter template we can use, and are lots of photographs before and after enough. The neighbours already have a 3m extension and we'll be building within a metre of that. I was thinking photos of inside and outside their wall facing ours.
Thanks in advance, will appreciate any help.

When was their extension built? You only need a PWA if you are building within 3 metres AND your foundations are planned to be deeper than theirs.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I don't know when there extension was built, it will be within 3 metres of their boundary. However not sure if the foundations will be deeper than theirs. I suppose that'll depend on the planning department0

It has nothing to do with the planning department.SteveSilva said:I don't know when there extension was built, it will be within 3 metres of their boundary. recent then the building regulations haven't
changed much with regard to foundations for a long time. Given that your ground conditions are probably
identical, there shouldn't be a planned difference in the depth. But it does depend on the age of the extension next door.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

It's quite a recent extension judging by the look and condition of it.0

We used templates from gov.uk when we had the loft done. I think it was this page: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/preventing-and-resolving-disputes-in-relation-to-party-walls We printed off the acknowledgements for the neighbours too and just gave them a copy of the plans, then encouraged them to take photos inside and we took some outside.0
