SKY TV - Renewal (also some advice for new deals)

Hi guys, could do with some advice here! But first, my advice to new customers. (I use Sky sports for f1 viewing!)
Here's how I managed to haggle a great deal out of sky previously in 2019. Basically got myself onto sky tv on to the usual introductory offer with 95 cashback. Got mega discounts with Sky for mobile and TV - Entertainment + Q Experience (UHD) + HD Pack + Sky Sports F1 + Sky Mobile Sim 30GB data for £45.50 per month (before cashback). Sky were also offering £10 for F1 on its own at the time so factor that in.
The trick with TV is to cancel with them before the 30 days is over if you're a new customer. Then call cancellations again a few days later and say for whatever reason you can justify staying providing you can have x and y for £1 each. The system cant handle it so they'll make a couple packs free and charge full price for the other.
When I canceled the broadband and kept the TV I ended up with the same discount - everything above minus the broadband for 31pm!
Sky Signatue - £16
Sky Sports F1 pack - £10
HD - £1
Sky Go Extra - Free
Ultra HD - £4
Total = £31
Since then my TV alone has krept up to 46 per month now and my internet is with virgin at £37pm for 200mb (because superfast wasnt available back then with sky and i needed more bandwidth).
My question is what the best route to go down is as I'm still 12 months away from renewal with virgin so I cant get a better offer with sky ultrafast included and they'll only rebate 100 from my virgin cancellation fee if I switch now. I am out of contract with sky obviously and able to negotiate now.
Sky say that they cant offer any better than my current 46pm for F1 + sky signature + HD + UHD. Again, I do have the option to put in a cancellation for sky again, or do I wait for the virgin contract to end before i haggle?
Obviously if I cancel now I lose the 46pm for the above which is currently charged at
Sky Signature - 20
Sky Sports F1 - 18
Sky HD - £4
UHD - £4
Cheers!

I would ask Virgin what they can offer if you switch to getting Sky Sports through them. You are currently paying £83 a month for BB and TV, so you might get it for less with Virgin. I'm paying about £90 a month with Virgin and get all the Sports channels plus HD, and some extra Sky channels, 400mb BB (?), and anytime calls - without the anytime calls it would be about £80 a month.0
