Banks with OFX/QIF/CSV export for getting transactions into Moneydance, Quicken, MS Money etc

Maybe I'm in a minority, but for many years I've used Moneydance to record stuff I've spent and general bookkeeping. Great as a record of when you bought something, how much you've spent on what, where should you cut back, see progress on clearing debt etc. For this, it's crucial that you can download transactions from your banks/cards into a format like OFX, QIF or CSV and then import them straight into Moneydance, or whatever other accounting app you like. However, I've found the transaction download capabilities quite hit and miss with different banks. Also, before considering any bank switch, I'd also be keen to know how well the online banking app is in this regard.
So what's your experience, whose good, whose not?
From me:
Barclays - very good, OFX and a few other format options to choose.
Smile - only CSV export, but currently it's broken, you only get the header row.
RBS - good, a few OFX formats supported, but for some reason, it's hidden in a menu labelled 'Export to Excel'!
MBNA - QIF export of a screenful only. No way to select a range based on dates, and values have credits/debits inverted! So lots of manual edits to QIF files to add/remove minus signs on all values...

I use Moneydance and routinely import my Barclaycard transactions in QIF format.0
