Money in trust

I was left money in a will for when I turned 21. I am now 25 and have started looking at claiming it. There was a grant of probate given to my Auntie after the bank who were dealing with it renounced probate. I’m not very close with the family member in question so was wondering, is there a way to trace this money without contacting them to see what happened? Please Help, I’m not really sure what i’m doing.

The trustees have the responsibility for the trust.  So, you can contact one of the trustees.

I can't offer much help other than to mention that if Probate was granted then the deceased's will is now public record so you should be able to obtain a copy which may help:

As for finding where or with whom the money left to yourself is, I have no clue, but you might be better served posting something in this forum:

The normal course of action would be to ask your aunt. As executor it was her job to distribute the money to the trustees. If you don't want to ask her, then the probate records are the first port of call as P1Fanatic said.
It is a little bit odd that you haven't already been contacted by the trustees, given that you were due to receive the money four years ago under the terms of the Will.
(You might have been legally entitled to claim the money even earlier than 21, but that is academic and has been for years.)

Not only was it your Aunt's job, it was her legal responsibility to ensure that the estate was adminstered correctly. The Will will show who was appointed as Trustees and they are the ones who should have ensured the money was past to you. As mentioned, obtain a copy of Probate which I believe is £3.
