Bulb Energy - Trying to move home!

I am with Bulb for both gas and electric. I am moving from a rented flat to a semi-detached house that I have bought. I cannot seem to get Bulb to understand that I am an existing customer and just want them to 'transfer' my account to the new address and obviously different meters.
Has anybody else had this problem? Is it possible? Any help appreciated!!

Welcome to the forum. When you move out of your current flat you will provide closing meter readings and close your Bulb account.Your new house will already have an energy supplier. Read the meters, contact them and give them your opening readings. They will create an account in your name. Once that account is up and running you will be able to look at switching, however I don't think bulb are taking on new customers so you're unlikely to be able to rejoin them.N. Hampshire, he/him. You will have to take over the existing energy account(s) with existing supplier(s) at your new property & then apply to move to Bulb.0
