So energy contact details
Hi does anyone one have contact details for So energy which doesn't involve a long wait on the phone or messages not being answered apart from the automated "we have recieved your message".
7 months + ago I told them the wrong meter serial number had been logged when we changed to a smart meter. I have now moved out of the property and was told that a bill based on my final reading would be sent within 2 weeks. This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the final bill. Over the months I have raised a compliant , been told it was logged as urgent, promised a call back and so far nothing.
