I ordered click and collect from my local diy superstore. I collected, but they don’t seem to have updated their system.
They are about to cancel my reservation and re-credit the money to my card.
Would you tell them about their mistake? It’s not a huge amount of money.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Why do you need to ask? You're obviously thinking about being dishonest.GDB2222 said:I ordered click and collect from my local diy superstore. I collected, but they don’t seem to have updated their system.

Actually, exactly the opposite. I was wondering how unusual that would be?DB1904 said:

It will probably come to light eventually and it would be more embarrassing to be asked why I hadn't informed them of their error.

This kind of error happens all the time when staff don't follow their operating procedures to the letter. With a low value item, it's a sustainable loss to the business. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.1 -
Give it a couple of days and if you do receive refund inform them of the mistake. It is not unusual for transactions to take a couple of days to come off your account.Play with the expectation of winning not the fear of failure. S.Clarke1
