Supplier not providing invoices (on a smart meter)

I'm with So energy and they called me Nov 21 as my fixed tarif was ending in Feb, Offered a new tariff fixed for 2 yrs from end of Feb. Debits to go from £190 to £430, saw the advice here but wanted to hedge my bets.
My issue is they have not given me a bill since Dec 31st. So I am now £1550 in credit, but with 4 months of unpaid bills. I used their calculator (on old invoices with the new rates) and estimate I have used around £800 at the new prices.
My thoughts here are they are deliberately holding back invoices so that I don't challenge the monthly debit charge. Its way above what I have used. I have a smart meter and have submitted manual readings so they have no excuse. Any one else seeing any similar tactics as its blatantly trying to hold me to the estimated debit monthly to protect them, not at all for my benefit.
Thoughts appreciated.

Have you contacted them and requested a bill?
Just from the increase of the direct debit from £190 to £430 the new fix does not sound that bad, increases for a fix to SVT tend often to be around 100% for electricity and over 200% for gas, So a bit more than double sounds ok not knowing the real rates.
When did the new direct debit of 430 kick in, in March with he new contract or before? Either you had a debt in your December bill 1720 - 1550 = £170 debt, or a high credit 1550 - 380 -860 = £210 credit)
When you are saying you used 800 at the new prices, does that mean for March and April, or for the whole 4 months?0 -
Assuming you ignored their invitation to go onto a new fixed tariff, you will have been put on the Standard Variable Rate on 1 March, and this tariff will have increased in line with the OFGEM price cap on 1 April. Quite rightly you want to have a statement/bill to show how this affects your debit/credit situation. What do they say when you contact them to ask for a statement?

Why not speak to them. At the moment pure conjecture.0

£430 is a lot to be paying a month what is your energy usage for the year in kWh?
It's not unusual to build up decent credit in th summer but if you have your figures right it does appear you monthly DD is set too high.
Again without knowing the usage for the year and kWh prices you are being charged it's hard to really help with an opinion.0 -
Hi, in communication with them via twitter as that seemed to get their attention as they hadn't responded to an email.
Over a week since they have responded after initially coming back to me in minutes. Likely as it's now through Direct messaging so not seen by the wider public. May just go public again to solicit a response.
@pochase that was Jan to Mid April calculation for the £800 with a lot of time at home with the (gas) central heating on.0
