Recently both I & my husband have completed our Ivas. Both were completed via a full and final settlement and we went via PayPlan.
Couldnt recommend PayPlan enough from start to finish they have been amazing. From setting it up to annual reviews, payment breaks and now completion - highly recommended.
My husband paid back 14% and I paid back 26%
Just wanted to say - there is light at the end of thr tunnel

Congrats on being debt free at last.
IVA`s can work, if you meet certain criteria, they are not for everyone, but get mis-sold massively based on the lie that they are for anyone.
One reason why I don`t particularly like them, I had one myself, but with no assets to protect at the time, I should have gone bankrupt instead.
But that doesn't take away anything from your success, well done.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
