County Court Claim to old address from appealed fine

Hello,
After some advice, first the back story:
October 2018 got a ticket for parking over a parking space into a chevroned area (not a space, large doors wanting to not ding the next car or get dinged). Appealed using the templates and advice on the sticky thread regarding private firm fines in February 2019, which was acknowledged but not responded to me with a decision. Car was registered at previous address, but I gave them my new address for appeal correspondence, but I have since moved house again December 2021
I had received solicitors untracked letters to my previous address (redirected to my current address) but ignored as per the sticky thread.
I have now received a CCJ to the 1st address (parents) again untracked.
Naturally I want to avoid paying over £300 for still only taking up 1 space and after attempting to appeal.
What should my next action be?
Ignore the CCJ as it may be invalid due to going to a knowingly wrong address?
Defend on the fact they received but chose to ignore my appeal?
Or defend that it is for a ludicrous reason in the first place?
Thank you in advanced, really going to struggle to afford the fine with current costs increases.

Do you mean that the PPC has taken you to court, won, and now you have a default judgment (CCJ) registered against you, or do you mean you have received a letter before/of claim and/or a claim from from the CCBC in Northampton?
What is the name of the PPC please?
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Once again...
have you received a County Court Judgment or have you received a County Court Claim?3 -
Sorry, Keith, I believe it be the County Court Claim, says 'Claim Form' at the top. Gives me the options to accept, to all of the amount, part of the amount and to request time to pay, or to provide the Acknowledgement of service.KeithP said:Once again...

OK, what is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
When you are able, please can you edit your thread title - replacing CCJ with Court Claim.1 -

Also, I have spent the best part of 15 minutes trying to find how to edit the title, and cannot find it! I have tried desktop browser too in case it is a mobile issue. Sorry to be a paincraigbev92 said:

When you are able, please can you edit your thread title - replacing CCJ with Court Claim. With a Claim Issue Date of 5th May, you have until Tuesday 24th May to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 10th May, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 7th June 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Yes, you won't be able to edit your posts until you have more posts under your belt - maybe ten or more posts required.craigbev92 said:

The ability to edit is a combination of number of posts and length of time a poster has been registered with MSE. I have yet to find out what the formula equates to, nor the reason why newbies are no longer able to edit.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
