Can anyone elighten me. I understand that woodlice are a great insect in that they absorb toxic and radioactive chemicals in soil etc. If so that's great but I can't find out what happens to the chemicals that are absorbed in the insects body when it dies or is eaten by a bird etc.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Peter I've never heard of that.
They are beneficial in decomposing rotting and dead material and harmless.
