Together Energy to British Gas
I received a bill when providing a reading just before the price rise. I paid this bill but in two stages the bill was reverted and the money I paid counted as credit. I am now concerned that British Gas intend to levy an increased charge on some of the usage in the previous period. Naturally I have kept the paperwork as a record and took meter photos but I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this.

Welcome to the forum.BG's billing is in a right state at the moment and there have been several MSE'rs who have reported their bills being cancelled and re-issued, sometimes repeatedly.Keep your own records, submit readings regularly and hopefully it will all come out in the wash.N.
