DQ sent from court 25th. Completed via instructions on here and emailed back to court and elms (1email). Confirmation email of receipt from court received.

Wow, that's warp speed - for the CCBC to receive your Defence, forward it to the Claimant, for them to read it and inform the CCBC that they wish to proceed, and then to dispatch the DQ to you, all in the space of 24 hours. Check out the two best current WS examples as a basis for developing your own - those by @ricky_balboa and @wobs2k. Let us see your draft when you're ready.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
