PC World Sony PlayStation 3 60GB Console Gamers Package

I paid £420 cash for a sealed one in London yesterday, found on eBay for a friend in Europe who apparently absolutely must have it so they can play their old PS2 games on it.

He is advertising his last one now for £500, but you might tempt him down a bit ... he's in West London if you want me to PM the details.


Edit: BTW, we emailed empirestores about theirs and they replied:
"Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email.
As the 60GB Playstation 3 has now been discontinued by Sony, we are now
only able to supply the 40GB."
That's despite the 60GB bein specifically advertised in their Christmas catalogue I am told.

Hi I put a link on my other post...but as I suspected on the PS3 forums they are bring out next year an 80gb and a 120gb PS3 so will wait until they come out as they will be backwards compat...hope this helps cw
