HELP!! John Pye Auctions / Nottingham — how do I collect?

Hi MSEers,
I won a John Pye auction (in Nottingham) for a few small items and need to ship them over the Liverpool. Unfortunately crazy John Pye in 'collection mode' don't allow couriers to collect your items.
It needs to be a 'man with a van' or other 'timed pickup' service. I'd like to get it shipped across to Liverpool inexpensively via DPD / UPS etc, but need to have my items collected from John Pye and dropped off at the local DPD/UPS depot with a label.
Has anyone got any tips on how I can sort this problem out? I'm not local there at all. I'm hoping someone might have had a similar experience and solved this issue?
Thank you all very much

Have you worked out if it would be cheaper for you to get a day return on the train and then a day ticket on the tram?
If it is the head office that is within easy walking distance of a tram stop.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1 -
Thanks @Grumpelstiltskin. That's a possibility I guess although it is 5 hour round trip during the working day. I wonder if there's another way?

They will collect the item, package it and then courier it to you. I have used quite a few auctions where they have a partnership with the auction house. I don't think they have one with John Pye but they should still do it for you.
Also have you contacted John Pye customer services through their website? I have found they are quite helpful but it the customer service does vary depending on the branch.1
