Oh dear..................confused about this weeks menu............away for the weekend so didn't get usual shopping. Case of what's in the freezer so now I'm trying to think of exciting things to produce from frozen turkey escalopes, chips (not frozen) and a few fresh tomotoes..............

Must go shopping tomorrow............freezer looks very uninspiring !

I once downloaded a meal planner on excel off here and i've messed it up. I've been trying to find it but can't can anyone help? It allowed you to write in your recipes and then made up your shopping list. It was brill! can anyone help?

I use frozen spinach. I fry an onion, bit of garlic, add spinach, grate some nutmeg on, add a splash of milk - that's it! then put some on a pancake role up and eat! Yum. DH sometimes puts some cheese on as well. And on other occassions when I feel indulgent I stir an egg into the spinach! Oh and a bit of salt and pepper!
