  • As I'm trying to lose weight and meal planning certainly helps with this. I will be having:
Saturday with my parents (roast most likely)
    Sunday Pork chop
    Monday Haddock fillet
    Tuesday Trout
    Wednesday Quorn stir fry
    Thursday Spag bol
    Friday Salmon.

Almost everything is already in the freezer so it'll just be veg to buy. That feels so good!!!!
  • No one else?

My list for this week is:

Sat: Roast chicken and the works.( I'm at work tomorrow so swapped Sunday lunch to today).
Sun: H/M Scotch eggs with salad.
Mon: Chicken curry (with left-over chicken) and naan.
Tues: Savoury mince crumble and veg.
Wed: H/M chicken soup and crusty bread. (Yes you've guessed it...with the chicken had this week)!
Thur: Pasta with spaghetti sauce and garlic bread.
Fri: H/M fish cakes and chips.

I do have to get a few basics, but have the majority in the freezer and cupboards which is great. I've been using my store cupboard food for the last two weeks and haven't had to get groceries which is great:T

Won't last though as I think I will have to stock up next week.:o
