I have been with Good Energy for over 10 years and knowingly paid more than I needed to. Karma seems to be kicking in now as my bill hasn’t increased this year being out of cap anyway. I pay £117 per month dual fuel and am building up a surplus. It is only a two up two down terrace though.

You are aware that they don't have to wait for a CAP increase, but can increase the rates when they need to?
