Does Anyone know the direct E Mail address of Cricket St Thomas hotel without gong through the  Warner Holiday Head office site as it does not appear they are passing my EMail communication request onto the hotel/.I have tried 3 times and no response from Warners. now part of the Bourne Leisure empire Thank you

You could try phoning them on 01460 30111

If that doesn't work try googling the hotel name and the Chard dialling code (01460) to see if there are other numbers to try.

It is the E Mail address I require please so i have something in writing. I have tried phoning but put on hold for ages in a supposed queue then get phubbed off!!

Depending on the nature of the request it may be exactly the reason why they don't have an accessible email address - so nothing can be promised locally that HO don't agree with or risk action if it can't be delivered

There are plenty of national operations that work in this way now in the spirit of 'efficiency'

Individual hotels' email addresses are usually a closely guarded secret and for good reason from a HO pov.

Poor of the HO not to reply to you promptly, but I imagine they are struggling to get staff the same as everyone else is at the moment. 

It's possible using Google to find out who the hotel's GM is, although you'll also get several red herring results, so you risk wasting your time looking high and low, and even if you manage to get through to the hotel, you further risk being referred back to HO if that's the group policy.

Can't you use the phone number provided and ask them for a direct e-mail address?  If it's that desperate to contact them you'll need to keep trying.
