Understanding Title Register

I've just downloaded a title register for a property that I'm interested in buying, but am struggling to understand the title register. I think it's been transferred and held in trust and has equity release, but the register refers to a 90 year lease, without including a schedule of lease's or restrictive covenants. The info from the charges register states;
March 1996 - A Conveyance of the land in this
title dated 29 March 1976 made between (1) Elen Lewis Williams and (2)
Ronald Edgar Nicholson and Joan Gladys Nicholson contains restrictive
covenants.
¬NOTE: Original filed.
October 2010 -
The parts of the land affected thereby are subject to the leases set out in the schedule of leases hereto.
June 2010 - REGISTERED CHARGE dated 25 May 2010 affecting also other titles.
NOTE: Charge reference CE8570.
June 2010 -
Proprietor: THE LAW DEBENTURE TRUST CORPORATION PLC (Co. Regn. No. 1675231) of Fifth Floor, 100 Wood Street, London EC2V 7EX.
Registration Date : 20.10.2006
Property Description : XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Date of Lease : 28.09.2006
Term : 90 years from 28.09.2006
Lessee's Title : CYM316888
The title plan shows a red line around exactly what I'd expect to see. I can post the proprietorship register if helpful.
Does this look fairly normal for a property held in those circumstances?

Are you looking at the freehold or leasehold title? Which is it you are interested in buying?Have you looked at the other (eg if buying the freehold, also download the leasehold title).I would certainly apply for a copy of the "Conveyance of the land in this title dated 29 March 1976" using form OC2 (£7).

Ours says.....A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 15 July 1958 made between (1) PERSON A and others and (2) PERSON B contains restrictive covenants. ¬NOTE: Original filed. If I filled the form out and sent it off, would it show the restrictive covenants?(Apologies OP for hijacking your post)

Thanks for the tip Canal - I'm expecting to buy the whole property freehold and had downloaded that title. I hadn't realised there'd be a seperate title register for the leasehold. I'll get a copy of that and see what it says.0
