Since when do Virgin not allow balance transfers from Tesco cards?

I’m sure I’ve done one before, I used the Virgin app yesterday to do a 0% transfer from a Tesco club card cc, only £2200 and it came up with ‘We do not allow transfers from this card’ .

Not really an issue as I can pay off the Tesco balance over the next 3 months but it’s a bit odd.
