Refunded fixed penalty

Could be one of these cases where a error was found & they are having to refund people caught in a certain timeframe.

Then the OP should have been contacted in writing and told that the endorsement and points against his driving record have been removed. But he hasn't.

I emailed back to the department I was in contact with about not receiving my license back. The agent/contact looked into the situation for me and gave me a response within 5 days….a few days ago.

I got another email from the penalty notice to say that the penalty had been cancelled and refunded and the points should be removed in the next 28 days. No further action will be taken.
