Difficulties with Ticketmaster and Microaoft

Hello,
I was wondering if I could get your advice. My friend purchased 2 tickets last year to see a band via Ticketmaster. The money was debited from his account and the tickets were emailed to his outlook account.
Subsequent to this, Microsoft have blocked his Outlook account due to ‘unknown activity’. He has followed the procedure for trying to unblock this account but with no success - just received a screen telling him he has been unsuccessful. There is no contact number for Microsoft or email that he can use to resolve the issue. This is an automated process.
He’s tried to contact Ticketmaster about the tickets to see if they can be sent to an alternative email address; however, again this is an automated process and he can’t complete this as he doesn’t have an order number (this is on the email in his locked account). Again, Ticketmaster don’t have any way to contact customer services other than this process (no number, no email) and no complaints address.
Does anyone have any advice on where he stands? He has no way of accessing the tickets for his family which cost quite a substantial amount of
money - and no route to make a complaint.
Is there any other Avenue he could
pursue this down? Or any organisation such as an ombudsman that could intervene on his behalf?
Thanks for your help and advice.
Kate

When you log into the ticketmaster site and click "my tickets" you can usually access them from there.1

Try the website rather than the app - mine are all sitting in my account on the website0
