You need to read the newbies thread on here for the right path to follow in fighting these muppets. The leaving site scam invoice is very hard for them to pursue, where is their evidence, is there a site plan with the boundary defined?Presumably the 1-2 minutes the driver was parked there was while they were reading the signage before deciding to leave the parking spot well within any grace period. These chancers will do anything to screw you of your cash, you do not legally have to pay this invoice unless a judge tells you to.You have left identifying information on that NTK which needs redacting.2

No 'site' boundary shown on the sign.
No actual 'site' marked out on the car park or surrounding area.
They probably won't have any evidence of the driver leaving 'the site'.
Big struggle on their hands to get this past a judge.
Do not name the driver, it is always 'the defendant'

Looking at Streetview from 2020 if that is still how it is the entrance signage is rubbish, you would need to park up and take around 3minutes to go back and read the T&C's anyway.

These were the signs that were visible inside the car park

In a nutshell, UKCPS won't cancel this. I doubt the landowner would either, but you won't know unless you try. So, you have to work through all the phases of this until a Judge is potentially involved. The case is 'live' from a litigation point of view for 6 years. If you change your address within those 6 years you must inform UKCPS of your new address.
At the time of writing, UKCPS haven't sued anyone for a number of years. That's about the top and bottom of things. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Look for the ' Newbies' thread, it gives a step by step guide of what to do.
You may have to read it a few times to get your head around how things work etc but as people have pointed out, this is one that is easy to beat for the reasons already given to you.
