Were you issued with a Refund Credit Note (RCN) for a cancelled ATOL protected package holiday during the pandemic? The CAA reports some £85m in value remain unredeemed by travellers and is urging those still holding them to use and book a holiday by September or request a refund. After this date ATOL protection expires on the RCN value.
More information in this MSE article if you still are holding one.
