APCOA Notice to Hirer Heathrow Terminal 5

Please can someone advise me. I've received a notice to hirer for the "contravention of use of drop of zone without making a valid payment" for a lease car.
The date of the alleged contravention was 15/03. The notice was sent on the 7th April. APCOA have sent a double sided parking charge with none of the copies of other documents they should include. I was just going to use the template for hirer in the newbies thread, however the £5 charge was paid on the 16/03 (within 24 hours of drop off) and there is receipt evidence.
The driver said they were dropping the passenger of at special assistance, but they took the wrong lane, so circled back round to drop them at the correct place. Have they counted this as 2 x Drop Offs and in my appeal should i mention that the charge was paid and provide the receipt number?

Thanks @Coupon-mad. Had a look at the thread and it’s for a NTK, am I right that I should use one of Edna Basher’s templates in the newbie post as it’s a lease car?
The Notice to hirer has been sent to me without the additional documents.0 -
These drop off zones and the ones at Gatwick needs thoroughly investigating they really are a bag of S**T a real honey trap the BPA or Trading Standards should be investigating.There have been a disproportionate number of incidents just on this forum alone.
