DPD lied about delivery twice, damaged the item and Samsung support are useless

Too much faffing around with DPD here.DPD are a thrid party, you bought the TV from Samsung , and you are rejectiing the TV and as such you want a full refund .Its upto Samsung to sort out a return and if DPD do not work /will not offer a serviceat a time that is reasonable then samsung will have to find a courier that will - there are other coureirs out there.You bought it from Samsng, samsung delivered it faulty/of not reasonable quality ( damaged), your contact is with samsung and not DPD, this si samsungs mess to sort out.1
