Growatt Solar batterys?

Does anybody rate Growatt solar batteries? I'm looking into getting a solar pv system with batterys, have been quoted by one company which are offering 2x6.5kw batteries as part of the package.
Bit hesitant as I understand their inverters aren't great and their customer service is non existent?
