How much are DCBL demanding and do they say it's been to court, or not?
Is it DCB Ltd or DCBLegal?

Why ?! Because originally it was from QDR Solicitors for parking longer than 2 hours on a retail park . I was advised to ignore and I have !! Today I received a letter from DCBL Ltd0

As I said "unless the first letters you got were debt crawler rubbish". It wasn't originally from QDR and for some reason, you missed the first PCN and reminders from the parking firm - which PPC?
Is the car logbook showing the right address? I'd be worried an old address is held by the PPC. Is it?
