Still? Why were you ignoring a PCN in the first place, unless the first letters you got were debt crawler rubbish?

    Which PPC?

How much are DCBL demanding and do they say it's been to court, or not?

Is it DCB Ltd or DCBLegal?

Do you already have a thread with context?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why ?! Because originally it was from QDR Solicitors for parking longer than 2 hours on a retail park . I was advised to ignore and I have !! Today I received a letter from DCBL Ltd

As I said "unless the first letters you got were debt crawler rubbish".  It wasn't originally from QDR and for some reason, you missed the first PCN and reminders from the parking firm - which PPC?

Is the car logbook showing the right address?  I'd be worried an old address is held by the PPC.  Is it?

You didn't say how much they are asking for now or if it says it's been to court.

Then this appears to be a continuation of this thread...
    Letter from QDR solicitors

    Is that right?

By starting a new thread we have lost the rather significant point that you live in Scotland.
