Morrisons e-Voucher not accepted

Had an email from Morrisons on 28th April offering £15 off a £60 spend on online orders placed up to 3rd May for delivery at the latest by 4th May. I had a delivery booked for tomorrow, 3rd May which I edited this morning. Tried to input the voucher code but it said it was no longer valid. Rang them and they said that they knew there was a problem with that code and it had been referred to their IT department so to try again later. I tried again throughout today with no joy. I've just rung them again and it's not fixed yet but as the voucher is valid until the 4th May they are not willing to make any arrangement for people who have deliveries already booked even though it is not possible to change the delivery to the 4th (and hope that the problem is fixed tomorrow) as there are no slots available.
I am fuming, what a waste of my time. I definitely won't be renewing my delivery pass, there are always substitutes or items missing, I've given up getting fresh produce from them as I've had so much with a one day shelf life or bruised or rotten. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't place an order at all because they had another problem where the system said they couldn't collect payment from Amex for an order that was delivered. I have enough to think about without stress from them.

If I was always getting subs, items missing, short shelf life and bruised or rotten things I would of voted with my feet when that started happening. The Amex payment problem was annoying for lots of us but I got a £5 voucher to say sorry so I was happy with that.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
