A what is this question

So I had a pot that looked empty but a plant has started to grow - then a couple more.
It's low to the soil sort of rosette shapeish, pale blue green slightly hairy leaves.
I can't think what it could be, if self seeded or recovering one I've bought last year so I'm hoping someone can enlighten me.
Should it stay or should it go? Seems self care and not need watering.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

Haven't a clue, see if it flowers as it might be a nice weed.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

I saw a large clump of perennial cornflower.
The leaves looked similar but not the same but that maybe maturity.
And I wonder why it is still in a pot or why I put it there.
I know the perennial forget me not got the heave ho for being useless and invasive.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

C. montana does self seed; no massively but it will. Mind you L.coronaria likewise. Woolsery's pic shows new rounded leaves, not pointed as per yours. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1

and what will it be?
