affordable solar pv?
Hi ive recently been browsing the internet gathering information and prices of solar pv systems, although I recognise the government cannot afford to restart the solar grants or give money away to the public who cannot afford the initial outlay of solar pv, surely the obvious answer would be to offer some sort of short term 0% finance loan to facilitate joe public to be able to aspire to afford such systems?
