We supplied the radiators, trvs and lockshiels, so it seemed reasonable for the labour for me. They are people we know, so I think there was an element of mates rates going on.

How can he argue additional work was required when it wasn't?

I am more concerned about my lack of warranty than the money and the fact they haven't even bothered to notify corgi of the work.
