A clue to the 'scam' is the address NHS.com should be NHS.gov if it's genuine, Better to ignore them  and call 119.

But this is slightly better done than many, as the actual domain name is the correct start (although not completely correct). The website for the NHS is nhs.uk.

In any event, it's a scam. I've had several messages along these lines.
