1) No purchase necessary, entry is free.

2) Promoter – Toolstation, Express Park, Bridgwater, TA6 4RN.

3) Entries should be made on the designated Toolstation social media page. Only 1 entry per person per household is valid, unless otherwise stated.

4) Entries constitute entering the competition as stated on the social media post. This will typically consist of liking, sharing and/or commenting on the post, as instructed.

5) Closing date for entries will be made clear on the competition post.

6) The winner(s) will be notified by direct message within 10 working days of the competition closing date, unless otherwise stated.

7) The winner(s) will be selected at random, or judged by the Toolstation Digital Marketing team if images or comments are entered.

8) The winner(s) will need to provide their name, address, and email address via direct message to Toolstation.

9) The winner(s) details will be shared with the manufacturer of the prize when the despatch of the prize is being managed by the manufacturer. The winner(s) will be notified that their details will be shared as and when this happens.

10) If the winner(s) haven’t replied within 24 hours of the message sent by the Promoter announcing they have won the prize, Toolstation maintains the right to award the prize to another participant.

11) Despatch of prize(s) will vary, depending on manufacturer. If the winner has not received their prize within 3 weeks of being contacted by Toolstation, please get back in touch with Toolstation via the social media page hosting the competition. Some items may take longer to despatch due to the availability or delivery requirements. This will be communicated when arranging delivery of the prize.

12) Prizes and quantity of prizes available in the competition will be clearly stated on the social media post.

13) Competition is open to UK residents over 18, excluding employees of Toolstation and their families.

14) Employees of Toolstation & their families are permitted to enter, but are unable to win the competition.

15) Prizes can only be dispatched to a UK postal address, are non- transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

16) The winner(s) agrees to participate in publicity resulting from the promotion without the need for additional compensation.

17) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the competition and to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.
