BG App not working

Until a few days ago the BG App worked perfectly on my Ipad. Now all it does it start to open and them closes. Any ideas? I have done a complete restart of the Ipad but no change. Not sure if its at BG end.

It’s working OK tonight on my iPad, so doesn’t look like a BG issue.
have you checked for any app or IOS updates?0 -
My IPad is quite old so no more updates 12.5.5. But still is enough for the BG app. Still not working though despite deleting it and reinstalling and completely rebooting the iPad. Worked last week till Thursday.0
