Mountain warehouse

Is anyone else having problems getting goods from Mountain Warehouse recently? They have lots of offers and promotions on at the moment but are they actually delivering?
I initially ordered a jacket on 6th April but that order was cancelled by the warehouse without telling me or issuing a refund. Got a refund when I contacted them then I reordered. That one got 'lost in the system' so a replacement order was generated with free express delivery. Guess what, still waiting.
I am beginning to wonder what is going on- or am I just really unlucky

UPDATE:
Jacket finally arrived after 27 days, 2 live chats and one phone call to them.
All I can suggest is that if you are ordering something for a specific holiday or trip you start well in advance4
