Whether to return car - clutch judder

so it only happens when you set off from an incline? otherwise ok? your clutch is good.
1. most likely (99% sure), your mazda is a petrol one. for the record, mazda doesn't do turbo, so it's a naturally aspirated petrol engine. that means little to no torque at very low rpms. in order for your clutch to work as intended, rev to around 2000rpm when setting off and slowly release the clutch, otherwise it will shudder.
2. condensation...
nothing to worry about, that car is on par with the toyota yaris when it comes to reliability: virtually indestructible.1
