Bosch Serie 6 washing machine - extended spins and rough-feeling clothes

Bosch Serie 6 washing machine, nearly new and still under warranty, seems great but on some cycles (not sure which but definitely the 3.5hr eco cycles) the timer will reach 00:01 while it's spinning, but it will then continue spinning for up to 20 minutes! No clothes need this much spinning and it's certainly not eco so don't think it's normal behaviour for the machine. Anyone else had this, or know why it might be doing this?

Also the clothes are very harsh and rough feeling when they're dry, they can feel like cardboard which isn't great when you're washing baby clothes. This is independent of the cycle, detergent or drying method we use. Again, anyone else had this with a Bosch or other modern washing machine?

How do you dry them, are you using any fabric softener? Try reducing the amount of washing detergent.

I'd video it then call out Bosch. If it's getting the timing wrong in the spin it may well be doing that elsewhere in the program, so may not be washing or rinsing properly.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

My Serie 6 also shows 1 minute before spinning for longer but it is not for 20 minutes.
