I've paid, I've translated her comment as eBay haven't paid her - I've tried to update the account but it's still showing as despatched, not ready for collection so not confirmed as collected
    I sold 10 items yesterday.
    9 buyers paid immediately.
eBay sent my payout at 05:03 this morning.
I'm on managed payments which may make a difference.

Thanks folk. I had no intention of leaving negative feedback but was considering neutral.   Coincidentally she's in touch, from what I can gather because it's not showing as delivered/received she hasn't been paid so she has gone to customer services, I certainly want her to receive the money so will confirm receipt so she can be paid!  I'm assuming that this because there was no bar code to scan when I collected.

Noting what was said about packaging tbh I can't remember if it was preprinted
Cool, you seem very reasonable and fair.

She's been in touch because she hasn't been paid?! What a surprise

Whether you end up going +ve or neut, the detailed feedback - and 'star' system - are there to be used honestly and accurately, for everyone's ultimate benefit.

Please don't forget to carry out all communication via eBay's emailing system so that if/when there is a problem, they can trace it immediately. And that way you are always covered by their 100% money back guarantee.

    eBay also say -

"if there are problems with a purchase, we ask the buyer to contact the seller directly to try to work things out before leaving feedback."

Strange that your seller hasn't been paid yet because when I buy something I'm always told to 'pay now'.

Also, eBay does monitor all feedback and if they think comments are overly harsh or unfair, they remove them.

No they don't.  They will remove feedback if it breaches their policies or if a case is won by the seller.

@MalMonroe I agree with theonlywayisup, they monitor nothing, the evidence of that is some of the feedback you see every day if you search including false positives from sellers trying to be clever to get back at buyers they perceive to be difficult.

eBay wait for someone to complain and only then look at feedback.
