in IVA & DRO
I’m 3 years into my IVA and I have a couple of times taken advantage of the salary sacrifice scheme at work. I’ve kept these to under £500. Declared them and been fine.
Last year I had a mental blip and took out two. One to replace our dead dishwasher and the other for a Christmas present for my son. I thought these were for £341 and £159. Cutting it fine I know. Turns out I’d taken the second one for £169 and not realised. This takes me over the limit. I’m very concerned as my annual review is due in a few days.
What’s the most likely outcome?

Doubt anything drastic will happen, depends who your IVA is with, half the time they are too busy to dive that deep in to peoples statements. I think if it was a much larger amount, say £1,169 then you may have to pay more in to the agreement or worst case have a breach marker against you.If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing0 -
Don`t panic, if you stop paying your IVA, they don`t get their fee`s, so nothing is going to happen, I doubt anyone will care or even notice it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
