Hi, you should contact your energy supplier because, as MWT says above, all payments were due to have been made between last October and 31 March this year. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Verify everything in order to protect yourself as you are responsible for any action you consequently take.0

You will be in the broader group and not all those that apply will receive the WHD so maybe you were one of the unlucky ones this year.Someone please tell me what money is0

Were you with one of the busted suppliers and transferred to a new one?
I believe the WHD application for the second group did not automatically transfer, but I'm not 100% sure.
Edit:
Ok I found it.Those in the 'core group' should automatically receive the Warm Home Discount even if their supplier goes bust and they are moved to another one.
This is because they are data matched against obligated suppliers, who are provided with a list of customers they must apply the discount to.
However, those in the 'broader group' are not guaranteed this.
These consumers will have to reapply with their new supplier if theirs go bust meaning they are not guaranteed a discount.
An Ofgem spokesperson said: 'We understand this may be a worrying time for many people who are facing financial hardship.
'Any customer who receives the Warm Homes Discount and is switched to a new supplier if their supplier fails will be able to reapply for the discount. They should contact their new supplier for details of how to reapply.'

That matches what Octopus were telling the Avro customers...

I applied and didn't get it. I was told I would have a letter saying if I got it. Alas no letter came. I've been advised to apply early on and just hope I might get it this year0
