How do I retrieve an old Facebook post?

Hi Folks
I put out a post about 2 years ago but accidently deleted it about 12 months ago.
Can someone kindly advise if there is any way I can retrieve that?

Unfortunately not, unless it appears in the wayback machine (which it probably won't because if you set your Facebook up properly only your friends can see what you post besides profile pic/header changes which are always public)
